Zhenjiang or Chinkiang vinegar is a rice-based black vinegar widely used in Chinese cuisine. It takes its name from the city of Zhenjiang in Jiangsu province. == History == Chinese legend ascribes the invention of the vinegar to Heita, a son of Dukang, one of the culture heroes credited with inventing alcoholic beverages in China's prehistory. Supposedly, Heita forgot a vat of wine for 21 days and, remembering it at dusk, found it pleasantly sour. Historical records for the present vinegar can be traced back 1400 years.

Jeanne-Irène Biya (12 October 1935 – 29 July 1992) was the former First Lady of Cameroon and the first wife of Paul Biya, who has served as the President of Cameroon since 1982. Jeanne-Irène Biya died in office in Yaoundé at age 56. She was succeeded by Chantal Biya as first lady of Cameroon in 1994. == Biography == Born Jeanne-Irène Atyam Ndoumin, she married Paul Biya on 2 September 1961, in Antony, Paris. She studied at the midwifery school in Nantes and, after her return to Cameroon, worked as a qualified midwife in the Pavillon Baudelocque of the Yaoundé Central Hospital.

Mark Harold Pike (December 27, 1963 – December 8, 2021) was an American professional football player who was a linebacker, defensive end, and special teamer for twelve seasons in the National Football League (NFL) with the Buffalo Bills. He was originally selected in the seventh round of the 1986 NFL Draft by the Bills. Dude Teate (born January 14, 1972) is an American professional racing driver who competes in the Southern Sprint Car Shootout Series. He previously competed part-time in what is now the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2003 and the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series in 2002.
